Pennington III Plumbing

While Mr. Pennington was very prompt to come to my house to work up an estimate, I never received it. I called them several times, leaving voice mail messages and messages with the receptionist/wife, and did not get a return call. I even sent two text messages to the number Mr. Pennington called from when confirming the estimate appointment. After waiting almost 3 weeks, I am having to start the process over again.

Great customer service and was done in a very quick amount of time! 10/10

Excellent work. They were able to work around my schedule. He was prepared with the supplies on the truck. The charge was very reasonable.
