Patrick Sullivan came to check a stopped up toilet. He gave me all my options and recommendations in writing. He was able to unstop the toilet at no cost due in part to our service contract with them. Patrick did recommend replacement of the toilet but for now I elected to have only the blog fixed. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive route only to offer recommend all options. I would recommend the service contract with Aux because it has more than paid for itself. I would hope that I'm fortunate enough to have Patrick handle all my plumbing needs. He even pointed our areas that may need attention even though it was not part of his normal routine. Patrick was thorough and presented himself in a very professional manner. Aux is fortunate to have an employee in Patrick. Thank you Patrick for a great job and know that you are welcome in my home anytime.

Aux home services is simply amazing!! The friendliest staff, knowledgeable people and just a good company to work with overall. Since having my tankless hot water heater installed my gas bill has gone from $50 a month to $15:-)

Patrick and Dylan were so helpful and understanding when I was apprehensive about repairs. Me and my wife started using aux in 2012 when we bought our first house we now own 3 properties aux was our go to until. This past month when we called them on something they were already suppose to already have fixed with a year warranty # wanted more ???? to fix again so we called total comfort heating & air and it's fixed my new go to company

Our technician DJ was awesome! Very professional! He got our HVAC system up and running quickly and gave us tips for maintenance and options for future service. I will definitely use AUX home services again!
