I have use Jones heating air conditioner and plumbing Several times and I am very pleased with their work. They are dependable Honest and provide the service that I needed every time. I called Jones, they came quickly and found I needed a smart fan unit. The parts house sent the wrong part, so another had to be ordered. It was an excellent job after a second visit, even came in under the quote. I am very happy and definitely will continue to use them.
The gentleman that has work on our unit twice in the last year was super nice and friendly. But we had the same part replaced twice in the last 11 months. There was nothing the manager could do about the price we paid around $500 each time, and he stated that the warranty on their part expires within 3 to 6 months, which we were never told last time. This will be the last time we call them.
