I highly recommend this company! They have come to my home to service my toilets and repair a leak on two different occasions and both times they were prompt, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I wish all the services we use were as friendly and accommodating. If I could give 10 stars I would.

5 stars Completely installed a new water heater from start to finish in 2-1/2 hours. Everything up to code. Took the old heater and did a good job of cleaning up. Will definitely use them again in the future if I have anymore plumbing problems. Very nice.

...if I could rate as zero stars I would. My mother had a service call set via her home warranty company (American Home Shield) to get a leak repaired (this took place on a Monday). We were told we would get a phone call from Plumbing the right way within 24-48 hours. My mother sent an email to them requesting they contact me since I would be waiting for the technician to come out...no response and no call. I called that Friday to see if we could be put on the schedule since we weren’t contacted as instructed. No answer so I left a voicemail. Immediately after I left the voicemail I get a text from them stating, “Hi, this is PlumbingTheRightWay. We can come out on Monday to look at your plumbing concerns. Between 11-1. Will someone be available?” I responded yes. Fast forward to the day the tech Charlie came. He arrived early, so that was a plus. I showed him where the leak was and took him to the bathroom the leak was suspected of coming from. He goes in the bathroom and turns on the faucets one by one. No problem I thought. I figured he was seeing if there was anything visible that he could see. We go back downstairs and he sees the ceiling is wet. This guy has the nerve to tell me that he would have to call and get authorization and will “try to be back on Wednesday to fix it”. He kept saying try so I was skeptical about it. He also mentioned that he would need to get some ladders, a tarp and other materials so he can cut into the ceiling and see what’s going on. Mind you...he only turned on faucets. He then wants to check the water pressure in faucet in the backyard. Ok, no problem. He connects his do-hickey to the faucet and determines the pressure was fine. He tells me again he ‘plans on coming back on Wednesday, but don’t hold him to it because he doesn’t know his schedule’. Again I’m skeptical...so I ask, “do I need to call your office to be put back on the schedule, or would I need to call the home warranty company?” He says, ‘no we’ll take care of everything. I’m going to call dispatch now to get the authorization and we’ll call you. Matter of fact I’m going to call as soon as I get in the van.’ Now I’m perplexed, you’re not guaranteeing me anything, you’re not being clear with the next steps, and why are you driving this huge van with no tools or anything. Mind you. This all happened within a 5 minute time frame. The man came in, turned on facets and checked the water pressure in the backyard...that was it. So I contact my mother and told her what happened. The next day, she calls the plumbing company and was told they were waiting on authorization from the warranty company. She decided to contact the warranty company after discovering the work order was cancelled. She asked the warranty company for another referral because the techs actions (or lack thereof) didn’t sit right with her either, and the clarify the status of the work order. She finds out they closed the ticket because the tech said the tub was cracked. There is no crack in the tub. Long story short...my time was wasted waiting for someone to come turn faucets on, and lie saying the tub was cracked when it clearly isn’t. He lied with his diagnosis and he lied about returning. I wonder if he’s even really a plumber at this point. All around the lack of communication and actual service made this a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a WASTE OF TIME. We ended up getting a more experienced plumber out that confirmed for the warranty company that there is absolutely no crack in the tub, and he gave an educated reason for the leak. Maybe the reason no one answered Plumbing the right way’s phone is because they are either too busy writing passive aggressive responses on google or LYING to other customers.

EPIC FAIL. Very Unprofessional. My Home Warranty Company sent them to my home to repair a leak. They came out and saw what the problem was which I was told that the drain was the wrong size after cutting a hole in the Family Room ceiling and that he would go and buy the right size and return to fix it. I had to call them 2 weeks later because I hadn't heard from them and when I finally reached them I was told by Anitra that she thought that the job was finished and the ticket closed. Anitra called back and said that since he couldn't find the right part to fit that I needed to have other work done before the job could be finished. After getting several quotes from contractors I called them back so that I could get the part back that was taken on the initial service call so that the contractor could see what had been removed and what needed to be done. I was told several times that it would be brought back to me but to no avail. When I would call them I would get a text message back stating Sorry but I can't talk at this time. I had to get the Home Warranty Company involved so that I could get the part back and they had even told them that the part would be brought back on a certain day which was in the Home Warranty Notes but when it wasn't returned on the said day they told them that it would be returned in the next 2 days. The initial call was made in 02/2019 and I just received A PART BACK NOT THE ORIGINAL PART on 05/2019. If they are recommend DO NOT USE THEM. Very Unprofessioanl and an Attitude like they are doing you a favor.
