I hired a plumber from this company several times. 1st time he took 500 dollars for a permit that he would never show me. All to distract me into giving him another job. Gave him $6000 and he didn’t finish any work hardly even started. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM AN BUISNESS!! He’s a con artist who will ask for money and never does anything he promises. I have reported him to the state board and filed a law suit. Look below at the unprofessional way he communicates with his customers.

PLEASE READ: If you hire this company to provide ANY services, you do not care about your property and you can afford to burn money in the fireplace because you enjoy watching flame. This company charged us $1,900 to install plumbing in the upstairs bathroom and when we turned the water on in that shower it leaked through the HVAC exchange vent in the downstairs hallway. After numerous calls/voicemails requesting them to return and fix this botch (they didn't answer the phone nor return our calls for a week; EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE). When they finally called back they told us it would cost additional money to correct the issue because our requests was considered a change order. Are you serious?!?!?!?! You incorrectly installed the plumbing and you want to charge us more money to fix your mistakes!!! But the bigger problem is that it wasn't a mistake; they simply didn't know what the hell they were doing. We called another plumber who could not believe what he saw and looked at us like, "Who the hell did you hire to do this sh**?" $800 later the issue was corrected costing us a total of $2,700 to do what should have cost $1,200 if done correctly the first time. In summary, take our advice and save yourself major headaches, find a skilled plumbing contractor who answers the phone, actually understands the trade of plumbing, and prices their services accordingly. Unfortunately we have to give at least one star in order to post this review, but if negative stars were an option please believe we would give the maximum.

My experience with them was absolutely horrible. They redid our plumbing a couple years ago and left a patch in the middle of our front yard. Now ! Our plumbimg is leaking from the outside and water is running down our driveway and smells horrible. Please do not use them , warning you now.
