They promptly scheduled their service personnel to do the install. The installers arrived on time. They worked very efficiently and did excellent work.

I just had Anthony and Leroy here working on my exterior landscaping drain and I couldn’t have been more impressed with these guys. They explained everything to me that they were going to be doing then once finished they went over it all with me again. Pricing was good and service was top notch. I will be using Seagraves again in the future when I need plumbing work done.

Since we moved to the area, we have used this company for several projects. After our most recent experience with Seagraves, I will have another company out to check everything that they have done. A couple years after we moved into our current house, a pipe burst and we had them run a new line into the house from the street. Although everything appeared to be working properly at the time, I have discovered that they made a critical mistake by not closing off the original line coming into the house. Water was back-flowing out the original line. During the process of replacing flooring we noticed mold growing. Apparently the ground was completely saturated with water due to the back-flow from the original line which found a crevice and leaked back into the house where mold was growing down the wall and floor. I contacted the office and spoke to the Operations Manager Justin. He informed me that they provide a one year warranty on their work and since I could not prove that they were the last people here (Seagraves has been the only plumbing service I have used since we moved to the house) he would not be able to do anything for me and continued to ask me why I was calling. "Are you calling to schedule another service?" ABSOLUTELY NOT! We will never use this company again. He was rude, showed not one bit of empathy, and worst of all would not be held accountable for work that his company did not complete properly. I guess it is my fault I do not routinely look underneath my floor and inside my walls. This is very disappointing, I make it a point to support local companies but this is one that will never get business from us again. Hopefully no one else will make the same mistake.

I have a backup in my basement toilet, I called Mr. Seagraves Yesterday, he called me back today and told me that his brother Mike would be calling me back. In the meantime, I started reading the reviews on the Seagrave Plumbing Website. The negative reviews with any company concerned me. I have been had before. When Mike Seagraves returned my call, I gave him the whole scenario about my plumbing. (I fired my Plumber Tuesday, I will updating his website with my review as well). He did say that he could come to my house today and it would me about $500.00-$600.00 to determine if I am on sewer and if not to locate my septic tank. Well, I told him that I had read the Seagrave reviews and their reviews are not that good. His response was so idiotic, as a business man. He said that "if our reviews are not good, call somebody else". DAMN RIGHT! and I did. I called the Environmental Health Department. They emailed me a list of all of the Certified Septic Tank Companies in the State of Georgia. Seagraves Plumbing, Sewer and Septic is not on their list. I Think that I dodged a bullet.

I received a referral to Seagraves after my living room flooded from a plumbing issue in my upstairs bathroom. Matt came out and assumed that the issue was a toilet overflowing since there was still water coming upstairs despite the fact that the water pressure to bathroom sink and tub was low. He flushed the toilet as his only diagnostic and told me it was fine to resume use of the restroom and gave me write up for my insurance company. The next day I showered in the upstairs bathroom and again water came through the ceiling into the living room. I understand that everyone makes errors but the error is not why I'm writing the review. I called the office again to report the new events and to request to have someone come out again and perform a proper diagnostic. After all, my living room ceiling was already opened up from the dry out and access to the pipes may not have been so difficult. I am actually unsure why Matt failed to actually look around in the first place. After 2 weeks of receiving excuses from the office about why I was not receiving call backs, today, I finally got in contact with the manager who told me that Matt is a "master plumber" and he did what he was "paid to do" and that they would not come back out . I requested a refund of my money and I am now looking for another company to perform the work. What a shame.
