Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Athens

This organization missed 3 appointments. The first time, they called 15 minutes late and stated they couldn't make it, so we rescheduled a few days later in the morning for 8:30am. At 9:10am they called and stated they were enroute. When I explained to them that they were supposed to come at 8:30am they mentioned that they'd written it down differently. We then scheduled for 8:30 am again a few days later. This time no one ever called or showed up. I took time off of work for both 8:30 appointments--shame on me for getting fooled multiple times. If their timeliness (or lack thereof) is any indication of their actual work, you'll end up spending lots of money for dismal work. Consider going elsewhere...

Over priced and under qualified. Mr. Rooter didn't properly identify the problem with my sewer, neither did they fix it. After putting a camera down the sewer, the technician ran a power auger down the sewer, although there was no clog. He then announced he could hear the sewer pump running (it wasn't) and departed. It took another plumber to properly identity and resolve the problem. I recommend you not use Mr. Rooter for ANY reason.

We scheduled an appointment with this company and was guaranteed the arrival of the plumber... A couple of hours later I received a call stating the appointment has to be pushed back 7 days.. I stuck with the company because of the online reviews. When the plumber arrived to the appointment he was 1hr late he accessed the issue (We need a new hot water heater.. we knew that) the plumber ran MY water hose from the unit to drain the water.. Left and never came back! Once two hrs passed I contacted the company and I was given multiple excuses as to why the Technician left.. it was 9pm and I disconnected the hose myself and drained the hot water heater with buckets all night!! Do Not use these ppl... #Seriously

Professional, prompt, great service and value. I will definitely use their services for all future plumbing needs.
