This company was doing plumbing in my neighborhood off of jefferson river rd in Alice Walk neighborhood. While my family and I were gone for the holiday yesterday (labor day) somehow our dog got out from the garage door (it was cracked ) While we were gone one of the neighbors saw our dog in the construction area playing around with the workers. By the time we made it home after we got the call they were gone and so was our dog. She is only 13 weeks old, american bully, pink collor, grey with white chest. If anyone finds her please contact me as soon as possible. our kids would like to have her back. I called the office and was told that there was no way one of their guys could have taken her. she was last seen with one of them and not seen since then. Update: our puppy was returned home last night. Still not sure where she was for 24 hours. Was contacted by owner today to say that they had spoken with their workers and that they confirmed an encounter with our puppy and said she ran off behind some woman. Luckily some way or another she showed up in front of our house. Thank you to c and s plumbing for checking to see that we had gotten our dog back.
The ladies in the office are extremely helpful. They answer any and all questions with detail. The guys are professional and did not track mud into my house, which can be a problem with other contractors. They were respectful of my home. Would recommend them to anyone!
Recommended as competent, but lost my business. I called them to help me solve an odor issue, and the plumber who made the call, who was very nice, pretty quickly suggested a fix which would not require any actual plumbing work. He only stayed five minutes, but was required to charge me $90 for a service call. When I called to ask if the charge could be prorated or even waived, the manager refused to even consider it. Therefore I will not call C&S again, but rather will find a local business who treats customers more like people and and less like policies--such as the electrician who came to my house the week before and waived his service fee when he discovered no work was needed. It does happen with the right businesses.
Best in town!!!
