Kramer & Company Mechanical

On Monday morning, we called because our a/c was not up to par. The service tech was there within an hour and advised us that although he could improve it, the unit was more than 20 years old and replacement might be a wiser choice. By Thursday evening the new system was in place and we're very happy campers. Once again, well done, Kramer & team.

I had a leak on the main water line between my house and water main and called Kramer & co. The plumber that came out to my house was Will and he did an amazing job, hardworking and professional! Will worked digging to the line in the pouring rain and got the leak fixed in a timely manner. I will use Kramer & co for any of my future plumbing needs as the pricing was reasonable and they did the job right! Thank you!!!

Had to call a plumber to try to fix some noisy pipes. Entered a work request on the Kramer website on Sunday and someone called me the next day to schedule a time. Mike Kramer showed up within the quoted time and investigated the issue. Because the pipes were not accessible he explained that if it were him he would wait to see if the problem persisted as the resolution would require construction to access the problem. He was clear and informative about the issues and possible resolution. He only charged for the Service Call and no Hourly Rate even though he spent a good amount of time researching the issue. Will definitely call them in the future if the need arises.

We appreciated Cory coming out and fixing our water heater leaks and his explination as to why one part needed to be replaced. We'll continue to use Kramer & Co. Yesterday Josh came out with a plumbing problem and toilets backed up. He traced it to the septic system and I was worried since our neighbors have had major flooding of their leach fields and will be replacing their septic systems. Thankfully ours was just a simple issue and Josh cleared it out with no further problems. We continue to give Kramer & Co. 5 stars. Thanks.

They were very professional with a quick response time I will definitely use Kramer again.
