I needed my hot water heater replaced, called and they had couple of great guys Jessie Painter and Logan Davis come out and replace it. They were very professional and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service it was excellent. Called at 8am Friday, July 5 to replace my mother's heat pump. Wayne went to see what size was needed and had Sherman and Jonathan install a new one. My mom was very comfortable having Sherman and Jonathan in her home. Polite, courteous and hardworking. Chastain's price was right, too! I had no freon in my air conditioner when I went to turn it on last week! I did not know who to call, or what was needed. Wayne, Jonathan,Phil and Sherman came to my aid in record speed . I learned all about air, heat, zones, thermostats, etc. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided fast service. I would highly recommend the whole team! Team work makes the dream work.

I had my water heater repaired and am definitely satisfied. Very quick with responses and accurate on their quote. Service tech that came out was super polite, his name was Ronnie Waits Very nice guy. Highly recommend this company!!
