If I could give a 0 I would. Do not waste your time. So initially my kitchen sink was draining under my house and master bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. The claimed they fixed everything and that I need a new toilet. So replacement toilet was bought and put in. A week or so later my kitchen sink was draining in my cabinets and toilet had the same issue. So hardy came back out again claimed everything was fixed. Less than a day later still having same issues with the toilet and about a week later sink draining in the cabinet again. Had another plumber come out to explain what was going on with my master bathroom. And sink. Needless to say have tried contacting Hardy several times and get no return call. The plumber lied and was only out for an easy dollar. Do not contact them if you actually value your money and want your problem fixed.

We have worked with Hardy Plumbing many times in the past. The last time was for a leak on property. After they assessed the area, they gave us a quote for $2K. They did the work and we paid the invoice, but the area was still leaking. We had to call back multiple times to get them to come back out. They made the repair. Two months later, we received an additional invoice for $2K. They stated that the second repair was not associated with the original repair, which was never relayed to us. We were never given any heads up that they were fixing something else. We never agreed to an additional $2K repair. When I have tried to talk to the staff, they are very rude. The supervisor that they had call me used profanity and the office staff felt like that was ok. That is not how you treat a valued customer and for that reason, we will take our business elsewhere.

Chris and hardy plumbing have bailed us out of some deep shenanigans three times over the last year. The way Grovetown implemented the infrastructure of their water valve boxes (really close to the road)has really put us in several bad situations because utility/construction workers have driven over the area and busted it several times. One time was our fault.. :) Needless to say, hardy plumbing’s after hours has saved us 3 times so far. Chris is excellent. We appreciate the excellent service.

Great company. Had an issue. Called and they worked with me to rectify. Would recommend and will use again.

Eric and Chris came to address various plumbing issues including instillation of a new kitchen faucet and several running toilets. They took the time to educate my wife and I on the use and maintenance of replacement parts. Both men were polite and professional.
