Dennis was a very honest and trustworthy repairman. Instead of trying to go the expensive route with my hot water heater repair, he tried replacing the thermostat first. He wanted to get my hot water back for me, but at the most reasonable price possible. He is also a very compassionate man who works very well with his apprentice. I loved listening to him explain, step by step, as he completed the work. A true gem and my plumber from now on!
