They came out very promptly. Which was awesome. They replaced the moen cartridge and handle on my tub. No estimate was given & once the work was done. The price was $160. I called into the office to have my receipt broken down for itemized purposes. I spoke to the owner of the company because his son was unavailable. The owner was very rude about breaking down the price. He stated “a service call is $150. It doesn’t matter if, he comes just to shake your hand. The service call is $150”. I said Sir, you should make sure your customers know this up front. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company! Absolutely Poor Customer service!

This company is great. We had our drain field rebuilt. They were very courteous from the first time we called throughout the entire process. When I say courteous I mean courteous . These guys called me and set a date in a timely manner. This kind of great service is hard to find these days and I was most appreciative. Thanks for the hard work. Highly recommend
