Great company! They made it out same day and fixed the issue. I'm not super familiar with septic tanks having had sewer systems my whole life and they took the time to educate me and give helpful hints to keep it up and running. Super personable and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again
Highly recommend! We had a messy emergency—on a Sunday, no less. We couldn’t find anybody that was either willing or able to help us on such short notice. One didn’t even call back after leaving a message with their answering service rep. Finally we were fortunate enough to have found this company online. A gentleman by the name of Joe came by and was super nice and very knowledgeable. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Can’t express my gratitude enough. We will definitely be using J & J for future septic services!
