I called them around 12:00 pm to fix a leaking water pipe. They said they were pretty booked up and they would have to wait till someone came in. They called me back at 3:00 said they had someone coming back in and they would be here by 4:00. They were here before 4:00 and had my pipe fixed in no time. I was very satisfied with their work and will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommended for their knowledge and also the speed and efficiency of their work. Donny stopped by to check on the leak and assess the repair. Very knowledgeable about the leak outside the house - where the water main is attached to the house. Gave me a quote and time for when the fix will be made. Explained the leak in detail and my options. Next morning, Jesse stopped by and within 1-1.5 hours the entire work - which seemed like a mountain of a job was completed. While he had dug up the leak site, he explained how the leak happened and how he had elevated the pipe to lessen the chance of such a leak in the future. He was very efficient and here is the steal ---- they charged me less than what the quote had come up because of their honesty and integrity - the amount of digging up was less than what was anticipated and hence the lower price. Highly recommend Servall plumping.

Chris came to my home yesterday..(same day I called by the way). He did a GREAT job...not only explaining, but visually showing me the problem. I would do repeat business and recommend this company.

Called them on Saturday afternoon at 3:37. Answering service was helpful and I received a call back at 6:16. Set appointment for Sunday morning at 9:00. It's 11:58 Sunday morning, and we cancelled our Sunday morning plans to meet them - still waiting and haven't heard a peep.
