AMAZING! At 8:32am this morning I called and left a message for Chris West Plumbing and mentioned that the pan under my hot water heater was full and water was dripping into my garage. Less than 15 minutes later, they called me back and said this was a big deal and they had someone on the way. Chase and Alex arrived and confirmed my suspicions that the water heater was toast. They thoroughly answered my questions, quoted me a price, and went to fetch a new water heater. They had a new one installed in a jiffy and for less than they originally quoted. I had a new hot water heater installed LESS THAN 3 HOURS from when I called!! They cleaned up every speck of dirt behind them. They hauled away the old stuff. They were neatly dressed and their truck was clean. They were knowledgeable, punctual, professional, polite, and answered all my questions. I was so impressed! I highly recommend Chris West Plumbing.

Contacted Chris West Plumbing Inc. at their website on Memorial Day concerning a non-emergency plumbing need. They called and arrived the next morning and made the repair in quick fashion. All communications with Chris West Plumbing Inc have been respectful and obliging. I won't forget their name OR the service rendered. Will definitely call on them again for any future plumbing needs!

Chris and his staff are very professional and dependable. He has been our plumber for many years. Josh and Brad are awesome!
