Brad came to fix a gurgle in my main toilet. He worked hard. I knew he was being thorough because he Checked every possible cause. This is the 5 th or 6 th time I have used About Time.
My son busted my neighbors PVC pipe outside by the hose. About Time Plumbing got a technician out within the hour and fixed within two. Gus (I think was his name) showed his experience by making the fix look easy and was a true professional! I’m saving their number!
We had a plumbing issue that rivaled the Bermuda Triangle. Randy the technician was at our home by 730 pm and stayed until just about 930 pm. He was very professional and courteous to both myself and my husband. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. The business was a class act.
Called About Time Plumbing & Drain Cleaning at 4:15 pm Friday afternoon. I was advised a service technician would be dispatched ASAP. Within 15 minutes Scott called and provided an estimated arrival time which was less than an hour from the time I first contacted the office. Great Service. Scott was very professional, polite and courteous and efficient. He finished his snake work from the roof top in about 30 minutes total. Have used About Time before and will use them again. Highly Recommend.
From call to finished service, less than 2 hours! Janalise handled my call quickly and Scott was on my roof clearing my drains in an hour. Highly recommended!
