I called to have several issues resolved with my faucet and toilet. Ken a representative from DRB came out the next day. I wanted to say that I received impeccable service and he was the most friendly individual I've come across yet. Fast and friendly service is what I expect and that's what I got. Daniel got the call from my rental management company and was there within 2 hours. It took him 30 min to fix a kitchen sink and replace all of the guts in the toilet. very friendly , efficient, and friendly. Great job!!!!
