Larry has been to my house a couple times. Once he exchanged a water heater and the second time he fixed the disposal. He's very helpful and is not trying to go after your money. Just wants to get the problem fixed for a reasonable cost. A very decent guy.

Wastes your time. Even after telling him upfront what the job was he scheduled an appointment (which we needed to take a day off of work for) only to tell us he wasn't interested in doing the job.
