We had our pipes lined last week and the process could not have gone smoother. It was wonderful that we were able to fix our lines without having to rip up our floors which in the long run saved us a lot of money. The techs were very nice and polite and treated our home like it was their own. We would recommend them to anybody needing to have this type of service done in their home.

The crew first came to scope all the pipes in our home. They arrived on time. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Our report was available about a week later. Pipelining returned and cleared out our clogged cast iron pipes......we were happy to get our master bathroom back to working order. We are now awaiting their report on the condition of our pipes. Everyone we have felt with at the company have been helpful and pleasant to work with. We would recommend them to everyone.

All crews they sent were knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, helpful, and took great care to protect our home to the greatest extent possible. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but the company made it right by us. This was the only viable option available to us to correct a serious problem. We feel very comfortable recommending them.

Having problems with the pipes under your house is never an easy problem to fix and it’s never fun! This company is amazing. We had several different crews here several different times, And each team was friendly, professional and efficient at their job. The first group did a video scope to assess the problem-and boy did we have a problem! We had cast-iron pipes that were rotted away, pipe that had holes and pipes that were seriously clogged. The second group came and cleaned out the mess (descaling). The third group came, did another video scope, and then they lined the pipes. If you have to have teams of men at your house for days on end, this is the company you want. All the guys were so friendly and so professional and so good at what they do. Their warrantee is fabulous, and I get to be worry-free about my plumbing.

This team is extremely organized and every step of the process was well coordinated. Start and finish dates were exactly as promised.
