DOES NOT HAVE A PLUMBING LICENSE OR THE PROPER INSURANCE TO PREFORM PLUMBING. HE HAS A CITY OCCUPATION LICENSE FOR DRAIN CLEANING ONLY. MISLEADS / LIES TO CUSTOMERS WHEN HE STATES HE HAS A LICENSE TO PREFORM PLUMBING. IF YOU HAVE A INSURANCE CLAIM IT WILL NOT BE VALID BECAUSE IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER HIS INSURANCE OR LICENSED SCOPE OF WORK.

Rick's installed new plumbing in my new manufactured home in Lighthouse Cove. Since then (March 2005) I have spent over $2200 in plumbing repairs. I have photo evidence from other plumbers that the job done by Rick's was not done correctly and the lack of proper pipe strapping, and the incorrect installation of pipe strapping was the cause of pipes sagging and toilets and sinks not draining. I also had the sewer drain become disconnected and Rick's charged me $475 to redo his own work, installed less than 5 years before. He gave me an attitude and blamed other companies for bad mouthing him...taking no responsibility for the incompetent job. Now that I have gotten all of the plumbing repaired properly he claims that if i would have stuck with him, he would have treated me right...but what about that drain problem and I forgot to mention he had to come in to do a re-strap after the home was only 2 years old (only done on one specific area...leaving the other problems to show up later, as they did)? He wasn't "treating me right" at that point so I moved on. I could go on, but let's just sum it up to say "avoid".
