If you own a rental property and are out of town, you are sure to be ripped off. $950 to diagnose toilet leak, attempt to fix, then replace toilet. The summary of charges included arbitrary fees clearly aimed to take advantage of someone who was not in Naples to dispute said charges. The maintenance man was rude and unfriendly. With so many other options, avoid this company like the plague.
