Call this company with a shower a waterworks shows handle issue. They got back to me right away, actually the owner did and they were out the following week to repair everything. Great people to do business with!

This morning I met a technician, Lee from Bob Hill Plumbing who was scheduled to service a "clogged drain" in a client's condo. Lee was on time, professional and knowledgeable regarding the situation. After evaluating the matter...Lee informed me that the drain was not merely a clog...but the entire drain apparatus with plunger had broken off & fallen down into the drain. Fortunately, Lee was able to fish-out the faulty plunger and replace the entire unit. Thank you Lee! Btw, I have used Bob Hill Plumbing many times in my line of work as a Realtor. This company is family owned. I love calling them and speaking with Kathy in the office. Kathy is professional, informative and truly has amazing customer service skills...a real pro. Thank you again for making my job stress free when I need a professional plumber! :)

I am posting a review for my mother (Nancy) who does not use the internet. Excellent customer experience. There was an issue with the toilet and needed a new one installed. Installation was on time and efficient. Reasonable pricing. Went above and beyond expectations and definately recommends Bob Hill plumbing.
