Wimpy's is outstanding in their professionalism. They are clean, on time, and efficient. Although they aren't the most expensive they are certainly not the least expensive. Their quality makes their value and honesty and easy decision for me! I have new drainpipes, complete re-pipe and a new bathroom in that order. Each subsequent visit was the same, perfect! .........Two years later Wimpy's refit my bathroom. Trust is the word that comes to my mind. This company is worth paying a little extra.

This was the first time I have used Wimpy's services and from now on I will call Wimpy's whenever I have plumbing needs. I called on a Monday with a non-emergency repair. By Wednesday, the repair was done and the price was reasonable. The technician, Jesse was fantastic. He showed up on time, was very respectful of our home and had everything he needed right on his truck. I found Jesse to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great Job Wimpy's and Jesse!

After calling many plumbers (some said next week or later) with a clogged shower drain, Wimpy's was available and called back within 30 minutes. The technician, Jesse, called to give a more exact arrival time and he was 'Johnny-on-the-Spot'. Within 20 minutes the clog was corrected, the cause was mentioned, and a possible long-term repair recommended.

Ok, so I know my house in South Venice was built in the '60's and eventually the plumbing would need upgrading. Well, that day did come and I had 3 quotes from companies and scoped my lines 3 times. One company told me I had tree roots in the pipes (um, not true), second said can't see anything and gave me a quote for hydrojetting (not a good idea on cast iron pipes over 50 yrs), finally Wimpy's Plumbing came out. Thank goodness! I had pipes cleaned by milling, pipe lined and other work done. They came on time, gave me options and explained everything to make sure I understood. I have never had a Company work so professionally with knowledge and respect. I am extremely happy and can live with piece of mind that the work was done correctly and completely. Thank you Wimpy's! They will be there when they say they will, haven't met a crew member who wasn't a craftsman. This is not a "discount plumber", but it's a good example of you get what you pay for. Top notch family business!
