Ronnie Sapp Well Drilling & Septic Tanks

Our well was coming on every 10 minutes or so for no reason. He came out. Husband paid him $125 for service call which was fine. He diagnosed it as the foot. We called every day for over a week. No return phone call. Never gave us a price to fix the problem. We had to call another company. So then we paid another service call and they fixed the problem. I would have given him zero stars but he did correctly diagnosis the problem.

Ronnie has once again helped me by fixing a major problem with my pump. For years he has responded to my calls for help with both my pump, and my daughter's pump. We have two household s on the same property, and Ronnie has been our lifesaver for 20 some years.

We called and all we needed was a coupling to connect our pump tank, he said about 1 hour. 2 1/2 hours later and a trip to his house and still no help along with several phone calls with no answer or returned call. Really frustrated
