Called with a bad plumbing issue Friday morning. Cynthia answered and said they’re booked but she’d check to see what she could do. She called back fairly quickly and was able to rework the schedule. Their plumber showed up, was so nice looked under the sink and wrote up an invoice as to how much it would cost. I agreed and he went to work. Fast forward an hour and a half later he’s done, no more leaks! Yay! I paid and it’s exactly as quoted and priced much better than many of their competitors. If you want fabulous customer service, fair prices and great workmanship this company fits the bill. They’re my new go to for all of our plumbing needs.

Muth & Sons are incredibly professional and their prices are reasonable. I’ve had to use them twice for two separate water leaks and both times they provided me with nothing but the utmost service. The technicians took their time in repairing the leak and did their best to keep the costs down. They are always respectful and courteous. My only wish is that they would do away with the $50 assessment fee once you commit to using their services. Lots of plumbers in Panam City provide a free consultation and Muth & Sons should do the same. At the end of the day, I am beyond happy with the work that they did and would definitely use them again. Thank you Muth & Sons for saving my house!

Top notch service

I called late in the afternoon and within the hour they were at my door ready to evaluate the damage. Their quote was very reasonable and they started replacing my hot water heater right away. They were very Professional and did a GREAT job! I would definitely recommend Muth & Sons for any plumbing repair.
