Pool of water on a holiday weekend resulted in lining up a new hotwater heater. Tryed the big box store where they request $35 to have someone come out measure your space and then determine which water heater you need to go back to the store and pay for. If you are lucky it might take five days if it's not "season". Titanz sent someone over with the water heater the next day after I called them. All I had to do was tell them how big my space was, and if you can use a measuring tape that shouldn't be a problem. The technician could not have been friendlier,more informative, and he didn't talk down to me because I'm a woman.It was an overall great experience. I recommend them. BD- you're the best ! One piece of advice; replace your hot water heater before you really need to. Like 10 yrs. old.Oh yeah, they also remove the old one.
