What a great company! We noticed our old hot water heater sitting in a shallow pool of water and a neighbor recommended I call Swain Plumbing. It turns out that when these tanks leak a bit, they are about to leak a lot. The wonderful lady I spoke with, Mary Beth, took all my information and had a technician, Ryan, over to our place in 30 minutes to drain the tank. Ryan, also a very personable and skilled tradesman, came over the next morning, removed the shot tank, cleaned up the standing water, and installed a new heater for us, all in just over an hour. I can't say enough about how Swain "saved the day" for us and the great service they provided.
Over charge, we are living in downtown condo building West Palm Beach, our building residents use this company a lot. However they don't give us any discount, charge $96 per hour for labor, plus fuel fee and machine using fee....
Very personable young man. Sam explained all that was done. Dug some soil, and went under my mobile home trying to find the problem.
Had a leaking toilet and called Charlie Swain Plumbing. Sam came and fixed it and was professional, polite and courteous.
