Potty Doctor is our go to plumbing service provider. We have lived in South Palm Park of Lake Worth for three years. We were referred to Chip Guthrie’s company in the beginning and we have been quite pleased. Quality work. We will certainly continue to use Potty Doctor and recommend their services.
Do not use the potty doctor the owner is rude and unreasonable. They replaced a shower valve and set a toilet which my husband had already pulled the toilet. The owner gave me a verbal estimate of $500 to $700 and billed $1000 which I stated I will only pay the estimated amount sent him one payment then sent another check for payment which he returned void on the check. This owner came to my home and started cursing at me and using the F bomb which is so unprofessional I ask him to leave several times shut the door and he proceeded to curse at me thru the window. Do not use this business with Potty Doctor
