Call center staff polite and friendly. Sends text with ETA and picture of technician being sent out. Tech, Shawn very professional and worked to get the issue resolved while being respectful of us containing on with our day. Price is a little high (but worth it in a pinch) 4/5 stars because of the price. Service and response time makes it worth it. Would recommend.

So glad I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Very reasonable pricing compared to others I've worked with. Shawn was very professional and friendly and took the time to answer all of my many questions, discuss pros and cons of all options to help me make the best decisions for my needs and wallet! Unlike some companies, he even advised me that some of the repairs I though I needed were not necessary - not many companies are that honest these days. I have no problem recommending Ben Franklin and Shawn.

Kevin was great! He came in to do general inspection and he was thorough and very friendly. Explained the membership program they offer well and offered great advice on how to get the most out of my plumbing systems. Great job!

It was very easy to schedule and they provided excellent communication throughout. The plumber they sent, Shawn, was very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed my issues, no problem at all and even gave me some preventative tips to keep the problem from repeating.

Shawn just came to fix my garbage disposal. Extremely professional and great customer service all around! Installed a new garbage disposal for me in less than an hour! Super clean as well! Will definitely be referring them to friends and family!
