HASKINS PLUMBING

We called Haskins Plumbing at 9 am. sharp this morning, when they open. Someone immediately answered the phone. We asked if they could, at very short notice, come and replace the toilet flush valve in our master bathroom anytime today. Their answer: Absolutely! What time works best for you? We said....under the circumstances....we will be happy to get ANYTIME! They said...."How does 2 pm. sound?" We said great! At 2 pm. sharp.....one of the plumbers was at the door.....and BOOM! Within a few minutes.....our toilet was flushing again! You can't beat THAT for service. Enough said.

Good professional service. Very honest and helpful about my options. Didn't try to sell me something I didnt need.

Good luck getting them to come out when they say they will. Maybe in the same month....

Not trying to tell you how to conduct business, but I am the second customer who is upset because you have failed to contact the client after you have stood them up. I realize the work order I put in was a non emergency, so it is not seen as a priority. I also realize there was an emergency somewhere else today. Pick up the phone, call your client if your not coming to do the job. Some people take time off of work to meet you at a time because it is mutually beneficial for both the customer and company, e.g. filling a time slot in your calendar and for me getting the work done sooner so I can go to work tomorrow and not stink. (I need a shower) Time is money, and Key West is not a place that is cheap to live. Pick up the phone...

Find another plumber! There are plenty of other choices on Key West who actually show up and have much better customer service. After they were an hour late, I called several times without anybody answering the phones. Finally, a lady picked up the phone and I explained who I was, and that the tenant had been been waiting an hour past the window of time we were given. She said they were busy and I said that I understood that stuff happens but a phone call would've been great since our tenant has been waiting. She then said that we should find another plumbing company and hung up!!!!
