Wow! What a great experience with Pence Plumbing! Ken came out within hours of my call to replace our broken toilet. He quoted a fair price, worked hard, and finished fast. He saved me so much stress and is also such a nice person. I hope to never need a plumber again, but I will certainly use Pence Plumbing again if I do!

They came out and never sent me a proposal. I called and texted many times and no response. Eventually Phil said ken must not be interested in doing the job if he did not send a email. Wow very unprofessional. Ken was back from vacation because phil said he talked to him and he would send proposal out. I never received it and after several calls and text eventually phil responded if i did not hear back from ken he was not interested in doing the job. Wow i would have understood if they told me that in the beginning but phil acted as if this would be done
