Came out and quoted $500 on some work. The day they came out to do the work, I was told it was misquoted and couldn't be done for less than $950. A lot of places like this in Florida.

We were having problems with our drainfield, we needed a pumpout, I contacted Du - All through their online website July 8th, they sent someout the next day, the technician was very thorough, and after evaluating our problem, recommended some ootions, we chose the one that suited for the time being, we even had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who further assisted us with his expertise into looking at more options when we decide to replace our drainfield, Thank You Du - All, you've made new customers out of this family.

They were prompt and dispatched quickly and were knowledgeable and friendly but... They seemed to charge a lot more than others. Their tank pump out was over $100 more than others not including the large tank size. They charged $665 for jetting and cleaning the distribution box which only took about an hour. I would recommend pricing these services with other vendors before calling these folks.
