Turner Plumbing Co

As both a residential and commercial customer of Turner Plumbing for over 20 years, I don't walk away from them easily. They are good plumbers. But their rates are very high. Though they used to make me feel like a valued customer, they now make me feel as if I should feel fortunate that they deign to take my call. I won't be bothering them again. My service call to them last week was my last.

Had a hose bib break while I was doing yard work. It happened to be my main line into the house. It was Sunday. I was screwed. BUT... I called Turner. The person (Matthew) they had on call was a total pro. He didn't have an attitude, in fact, he was happy to help. He gave me good advice to repair only what would get the main water turned on so we could have water that night, as it was late in the day. It started raining buckets, he didn't care. He even went under my house. He had it all wrapped up in an hour, which he had promised before he even started. I didn't burn through their emergency weekend rate, which wasn't crazy, but I appreciated him actually saving me money. He informed the rest of the Turner team and they came out Monday to better secure the hose bib and it looks amazing. Even installed a quick, convenient shut off valve since that is the location of my main-in. All said, what was a total emergency for me, was not for Turner. Thanks guys!

We had an unexpected emergency on a Sunday and were getting ready to leave town for vacation, and a friend recommended Turner. I called them, and even though we weren’t an established client, their on-call technician Troy called me right back, took my information, and came out that afternoon. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Turner and recommend them to friends!

Called Turner Plumbing Co to come out and snake our drain. They were able to fit us in same day. Came out super quick and had our problem fixed quickly. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
