Eddie..... what can I say.... such a great representative of customer service. I had plumbing issues at my home.... he walked Mr through everything and explained different possible senerios and root causes... very detail oriented and all around good person. Thank you for all you did..... hopefully I have no further issues but if I do I hope I have pleasure you handling the call.... Thank you again...

Todd, the technician, showed up super fast and saved us from having to go without the use of our toilets! After an already bad news filled day, coming home to find toilets not working is no fun, but thankfully Todd got here within in 30 minutes and took care of the line blockage very quickly. He was also very pleasant and very informative. Also a bonus that they back their work for six months! Wish we hadn’t of had to call them but glad that we chose them to call.

Dillon (1309) was amazing. He came for an evening appointment on time and diagnosed the problem with ease. He gave me alternate solutions including the pros and cons of both and forewarned me of the small possibility that we might learn that depending on whether my condo could totally shut off the individual units water, I may need to get permission to shut down the building. Luckily, I did not but at least I was prepared. Due to the time of the initial appointment and parts needed, we scheduled a Sunday for him to return. Everything went smoothly. He was on time,polite and insisted on cleaning up when done. Prices were comparable to a friend's same problem handled by a different company and I was surprised that Rotorooter did not charge extra for Sunday service. Highly recommend them for top quality plumbing needs

Excellent Service! Though a little delayed, they contacted me with updates. I appreciate them staying in touch. Service Technician Evan #6644 was extremely nice, Very Professional! We located the Clean-out and Evan took care of the situation right away and recommended how to keep under control. I Highly Recommend Roto-Rooter if you have an emergency system back-up.
