Called for an after-hours leak. My initial call went to voicemail and a lady called my back about 30 min later. She went over the rates and told me they can be there in about an hour and that a tech would call me momentarily. It’s been 3 hours - no call, no tech, no repair. Great service? Not at all.

The plumber that showed up claims he replaced the filter and that still low flow and then he claims he installed a new whole house filter and supposedly that fixed the issue and he $495 and a week later customer called with same issue. I inspected the property and found there is plenty of water coming out and with a lot of pressure, so who is lying, I believe is the property manager

We had a major issue with a holding tank under our house. Fletcher Plumbing resolved the problem right away. They went the extra mile and we are so grateful! Fletcher Plumbing is the best and we will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!

Plumber came out an assessed my plumbing issues, and temporarily fixed the immediate problem but was unable to fix the underlying issue but told me exactly what the problem was, This is the 4th plumbing company that I have had out here in the past 2 weeks and have spent over $700 for something that cost $150 The inlet line needed to be replaced. None of the others tried to look for other probable causes to my tub and toilets backing up which could have saved me hundreds of dollars
