This company is the warranty service provider for AO Smith water heaters sold by Lowes. I was given their name by AO Smith along with a claim number so they could get paid. I live 14.9 miles away from them and they refused to come out. If they dont want to except what Ao Smith pays them they should get off there list. I work and live within there service area and will see that no one uses this company as they cant be counted on as reliable. i now have to wait a week for a national company to come out.
Do not contact this company, the worst costumer service in the world and they are always very rude when you call there. Please stay away from this company
