Hi my name is john Astried I've managed my families cafe for 15 years now and I called 5 companies two nights ago for emergency sewer clogs in my kitchen never to get anyone to either want to come out at that time or even pick up the phone. My neighbor told me about this company and so I called them they where very nice sent a crew out and resolved my problem. I highly recommend them ????????
They did our lift station monitoring for several years and we did not notice any issues. However, at one point we had a problem with the lift station and they said that it would cost several hundred dollars to make the repair. However, we sent out our in-house electrician and he told us that there was no repairs or replacement needed. This is not an honest company so we canceled our contract immediately.
This place is great this is an honest review they are so good at responding they also have great service probably the best in the state I’m not kidding ????
No professionalism, the girls in the office are clueless into what's going on. The manager danette is the worst of them all. Very argumental and cant seem to comprehend. Company not recommended.
