Extremely fast service... called at noon call was returned as soon as he finished his current customer. Made appointment for the same day!!! I was expecting to have to wait another day for water!!! Thank you very much!!!

We called at 9 in the morning and left a message for a leaky toilet. By 10 we got a call back, I gave our address and garage code for Tom to fix our problem. When we got home the only remnants of the fix is a bill on the counter and a fixed toilet. Clean and professional, Thank you Tom, you made things easy.

Same experience as Debi below. I called early on Tuesday 11/20 morning and left a message. No return call. Even if you are too busy to take the job at least have the courtesy to call and tell me. So much for supporting a small, local business.

We called late yesterday (Tues) afternoon and left a message. It's now almost 4:30pm Wed and no one has had the courtesy to call us back. They shouldn't advertise services and hours if they can't pick up the phone and return a call within 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend them.

Called Tom's Plumbing because of the good ratings and I was completely satisfied with the work done. Experienced craftsmanship and very low prices, Tom gets my highest recommendation.
