The Honey Do Service, Inc. - Fort Walton Beach, FL

I had Honey Do come out and put up a retaining wall, level my backyard and put sod down. They are awesome. The price was lower than expected and the people were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone that needs work done on their home to call Honey Do and get a quote.

I'm selling my home and needed to hired a reliable contractor to perform the repairs requested by the buyer. The Honey Do Service provided a one-stop shop for the professionals that I needed. They performed a variety of fixes on the home for a price that fit in our budget. It was a much better experience than trying to rely on some of the one-man operations that are so common in the area. I would gladly turn to them again for any needed household repairs.

The First Lady I spoke to was very sweet. They were prompt in timing, but everything else was so unorganized not good at communicating . The part that really got me was when I asked questions it was “nope well we just don’t do that” not let me see what I can do .. even if the answer is no at least try. I’ve gone with another company and even paid a little more, but the customer service and education was worth it.

SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! May 15th is when David came to my house to do see what all I needed done. He said he would send me a quote in a couple of weeks. It is June 20th and NOT a word from them. I called one time at 3 week point. The lady who answered the phone said "he will get it to you, I just don't when". I haven't heard a word from them. And I wouldn't use them at this point.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. They put the client and their satisfaction first. Highly recommend them.
