Hondo's Plumbing

Hondo''s was referred by a friend. When my water heater went out I was prepared for an expensive replacement. Alex and his assistant arrived and diagnosed that I only needed a 'tune up', replaced the thermostat and two heating elements quickly and was very reasonable on price. Hondo's is my new go to plumber, quick, efficient and left my place spotless!

Excellent and dependable service. They showed up as expected and were very communicative from the start. Installed a WasteMaid 1.25 hp garbage disposal and corrected the hot and cold water lines. They quoted the job accurately provided no unknown problem and that's what I paid.

Alex and his son were hired by my general remodeling contractor and I couldn’t have picked better myself. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and provided professional advice on choices. Will use them again if I need a plumber.

I have used more than once and very happy. Not sure about the 1 star comments but I was very happy , I had 2 toilets replaced in a rental property and wash machine cold water valve changed in another property and was charged a great price..

Alex of Hondo Plumbing with his son did some work on clearing a kitchen drain blockage. The kitchen was the only location of the blockage. The clearing took less than 45 minutes but Alex charged my partner $160. He insists that it was for a sewer call. It had nothing to do with a sewer blockage. If I had known about the charge at the time, I would have challenged it. As it was, the check was made out, cashed right away. When we complained about the charge, we were told we would be getting a refund of $75 since it was a service call - not a sewer call. Alex then had that reversed so that we never received the refund. To top it off, Alex does not give any receipt for the work or the amount paid. Get a different plumber!
