We had called another plumber about 1 month ago because our hot water wasn't as hot as it used to be. According to our AO Smith water heater manual it was a lower heating element. The other plumber came and said our hot water heater was fine - no problem - cost $300!!!! Tim Bross came - replaced lower and upper heating elements and thermostat, put new flush kits in two toilets and replaced our refrigerator filter. He was prompt, neat, pleasant, a totally positive experience and is will be our forever go-to plumber. HE'S AWESOME!!!!
