Waited a bit to post. The serviceman did not do what was to be done per work order. Guaranteed we would have hot water. Water heater still not working. Requested cash for what he did. Paid him by card. Sent him off. Called Bert Norman to finish. We have hot water now.

Have used Dave Turner in the past but will find a new plumber, customer service and professionalism has noticeably declined.

Disabled vet. No hot water. Called Dave Turner Plumbing. Arrived in 20 minutes. "Jack" fixed my problem with the water heater, explained everything. Finished in about 2 hours. Professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend.
