Quality 1st Plumbing

Bad Experience with them.I had a water leak outside my mobile home. I needed a 1/2 " copper water line replaced (about 15 foot) from one shut off valve to another. The job was very easy to access because I did all of the prep work. I called Quality First Plumbing and talked to a very nice woman and told her that I need an estimate and a plumbing repair. She then gave me a cell phone # of who I assumed was one of the plumbers. I called him and in a few hours, he came out to my place. He took a few pictures of the potential job and said that he will give the pics to his boss and get me an estimate. I never heard from him or Quality 1st Plumbing Again! That is cold, calloused, and very unprofessional. Going without water is awful and they could care-a-less. If I wanted a photographer I would have called one. I needed a reliable plumber and got nothing but disrespect and indifference. Please beware before you decide to trust these people.

Quality 1st was the plumbing subcontractor selected for our recently completed custom build. They were fantastic to work with. The quality of the work was top notch. In addition, we ended up getting all of the fixtures through them as their pricing was quite competitive. With any new build there are loose ends to take care of. And they were excellent at resolving them right way. My wife and I would definitely recommend them and would use Quality 1st in the future for any service needs.
