We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Tom shell Plumbing- from the ease of appointment scheduling to the repair. We are so appreciative that they were diligent in repairing our leak quickly so that further damage did not occur. The gentleman , Dan that was out to our home was extremely polite and his communication was fabulous. Thank you! We will definitely be using Tom Shell plumbing again for our plumbing needs.

The men who came out with prompt and courteous and completed the job quickly. However when I realized there was still a problem and tried to call them after hours I reached there after hours service. II called three times only to be told on the third call that the company was closed at 5 p.m. which makes me wonder what is the point of an after-hours answering service.

All I can say is wow what an incredible company. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had from Start to finish. They showed up when they were supposed to......,sent my quote immediately via email with the ability to approve it right away which meant I didn’t have to wait until the following business day to call and make the appointment. Everything was sent back to the company and they made a follow up call to me to schedule a time that worked with my schedule. Way to be in the 21st-century..... thank you job well done.
