A-1 Southern Plumbing

This is the worst plumbing contractor when it comes to professionalism and knowledge, I called this company over two weeks ago for a simple small job estimate which involves installing a salt free water softener and first and most the woman answering the phone always and continually kept telling me she would call me back in 10 minutes but, days would go by and never heard from her. They finally sent someone to give me an estimate and told me that they will get back to me, another week went by and nothing from this company. I called again and the same woman in office that answers the phone told me that she’s going to talk or ask someone by the name of Roger which I’m assuming this individual is in charge and get back to me in 10 minutes and once again her 10 minutes, three days and still haven’t heard anything from this company. To whom it may be a concern, please do not waste your time with this company, look for a reputable company, I have seen their work because I bought a brand new home that they were the contractor for plumbing with the builder.

They are AMAZING!!! We hired them to re-plumb our entire house and install a custom liner (not sure exactly what it’s called) in our new walk-in shower and they did a GREAT job with it ALL!! Their employees are AWESOME and very knowledgeable! We even had an emergency night time toilet clog recently and they came out immediately to help us out! Very reasonable - our plumbers for life!!

They have 1 awesome plumber, Mike and one repair guy Phil and thats it. These two will go out of their way to do the best for a customer.

If you're looking for the best service around, A1 Southern Plumbing is it!! Great experience's throughout 20 years of using this family owned company. Everytime an unexpected plumbing issue happens to ruin my day A1 Southern Plumbing has always been there to help me turn that around! With fast service, great prices, and great plumbers you cant go anywhere else! Thank you for your friendship over all these years.

Courteous and professional tech came out, but $250 for a snake job (that took all of 15 minutes) is absolutely outlandish. Had they let us know about the cost upfront we would have called someone else. Will not be using this company again under any circumstances.
