Great local company. l had a water heater and reverse osmosis system installed. The company and plumber were very professional and knowledgeable. On the installation day he was on time and contacted me and informed me that he was in his way.

After 7 days of EXTREMELY limited water availability... Think filling the tub with water for flushing toilets with buckets and shutting the water off at the main valve 4 times a day..... my landlady hired the amazing Bowersox Plumbing family yesterday! In half a day, Brian, Jr. replaced our 50 year old leaking shower valves in 2 bathrooms with sparkling, new one-handled valves, faucets and shower heads! All this was accomplished through the shower wall. A feat that I am told can be quite impossible! Look at the photos. You would never know that the entire shower "guts" were replaced today! I can't emphasize enough how much of a hard working gentleman Brian is! That's a rare find these days! TMI, but I have to share, after 8 days, having the toilet tank start refilling automatically and being able to turn on the faucet and wash my hands. I teared up! If you need help with anything water related, call the Bowersox family! Dad and the "kids", all plumbers, will take great care of your home!

This is a fantastic company that offers a lot of services which I trust. After using another plumber my wife recommended we try Bowersox after reading reviews. The reviews written here are just how my experience was. Brian was calm, which is nice considering I own a dog who can get excited. He worked quickly and explained everything is detail without rushing over explanations and made sure to do a quality job. The jobs he helped me with were changing out faucets and he got my water heater working which did not work at all when he first came into my house. They also offer well services which is nice to know for the future. If you have well water you need a company that offers both services because well water houses have special plumbing needs.
