Kitchen sink slow drain...Great job..just forgot to do the after camera check...

I had an issue with a leak in my kitchen sink on the side with the garbage disposal. The gentleman who came over was very knowledgeable, professional, and offered several options to solve the issue. He took his time explaining the issue, making sure I understood what the options were. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has a jewel of an employee with this gentleman.

A very nice man came to my home for a water leak. No let me give you some information my house is 11000 square feet two bathtubs two bathroom sinks one kitchen sink water heater and on a concrete slab. He walk through my house using a listening device to see where the water could be coming from didn't check my yard. Then gave me a quote for $15,000 to reroute all of the pipes in my home. After he left I burst into tears. Thankfully after calming down I called some other plumbers to get a second opinion. I wouldn't have written this review but I felt like people should know what this company was about. He didn't even give me an estimate on fixing the leak only on redoing all the pipes. It was a total waste of time taking off work if only thing they are going to do is suggest repiping. I also worry that they are doing this to other people. Would not suggest using this company.

Worst experience ever. 10 day job went for 28 days. To pass inspection I had to finish one part of the project myself. Billing was a nightmare.
