True Builders Inc.

True Builders came in to save the day after a tree fell on our home during Hurricane Irma in September 2017. It was one of the worst things we've ever experienced and they were there for us every step of the way. After reconstructing five rooms, a new roof and a new AC we are finally back to normal life. Our Field Manager Chris Lewis made sure we understood each step of the process, as well as ensured we were satisfied with the results. He helped relieve a large portion of stress we were experiencing. Great customer service from the entire True Builders team! I would use them again and highly recommend their services.

I had some questions and concerns about my septic tank system. Kevin and JP from True Plumbers came over and immediately made their assessments, gave me multiple options and suggestions and were True Professionals. No pun intended. Bottom line, I felt very comfortable with their knowledge and expertise of my situation. They understood my concerns of cost as well and assuring me they would do what is neccessary and nothing more and for the best price. I will definitely be doing business with True Plumbers. Corey and Stephen did an outstanding job repairing our water leak today. They were very professional and courteous. Excellent!!

I just have to share my families experience with True Builders. My parents house burned down last September, it was the most devastating thing that has ever happened to them. True Builders went above and beyond what we could have ever expected of them. They are not like any of the other Construction Companies I contacted, they actually really cared about what my parents had gone through. They did amazing work and always kept in touch with my parents on the progress. My parents are senior citizens and constantly calling with questions, True Builders were always patient and willing to answer ANY questions they had. I honestly could not say enough about this company and their amazing staff. The house looked absolutely amazing when they finished! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

True Builders and True Plumbers were amazing. We had a leak in our condo and needed desperate plumbing assistance. From the moment I called, Kandi was awesome in the office helping me schedule the plumbers to come and check out the situation. Joshua and Arnold were just as amazing and did a great job fixing the issue. Then we needed the mitigation team to come and help with cleaning up the water and ensuring mold didn't set in. That is where Chad came in and he was wonderful! To put it all back together we had the Builders come out and Mike assessed the situation and had his team put back the baseboards and carpet, which look awesome. The office team Farrah, Erica and Amanda were so easy to work with. Then we decided to get a whole new toilet installed and Chris G. From True Plumbers came out to do the job, and he was fabulous. To inspect all of the work Chris came to put closure on the whole experience. Bottom line, the organization was efficient and completed the job in a quality fashion. Thank you True Builders and Plumbers, we are comforted to know your team is out there!
