I Rarely leave reviews of Any kind but felt I had to on this Richard. He installed a water softener in a rental house we bought not too long ago and last week it was spilling water constantly to where a big portion of my lawn was saturated and read an “error” message . I normally do not use him anymore because he did some work for me in the past that had to be re-done by someone else , but he just installed this system so what better person to call than the one who put it in?? So I called him Friday, 5 days ago, and his message says “...I return ALL calls” the day I get them. No call. Called him again on Monday, no call back, Tuesday and Wednesday the same. I even called the emergency number twice which says they will get back to you “soon” and still nothing. So I left him a message saying to let me know whether he wants to do the job or not, but let me know either way do that I could get someone else but to not leave me hanging. But still no call. To give him the benefit that he may be on vacation and just forgot to change his answering machine I had a friend call today and leave a message that he needed some work done to see if he would return his call and not mine as I’ve had a few run-ins with him in the past due to his shoddy work and that perhaps he was just being the pathetic coward he is and not return my call. Sure enoug he called my friend tonight and I’m still waiting for my call. Nothing. Not sure how he’s still in business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! He’s NOT a nice person. Find someone else that actually does good work Unprofessional and pathetic.

I'm new in Town and called Jim because of the positive reviews. Very glad I did. Fast, polite and professional. Jim went above and beyond solving my leak in a few hours. Very very please. First rate

Wanted $200 dollars for a $20 part and fifteen minutes to put that part in had it repaired for $50 including the part
